Staff will be oriented to their heroic roles and powers as the Dungeon Master guides them in a timed session to face fantasy obstacles and puzzles with real-world analogies. Your employees may think they saved a peaceful village from marauding goblins, but they really learned to create successful plans, support one another's strengths, and react constructively to unexpected challenges.
